CUPCAKES ARE EVERYWHERE!!! It seems like there are cupcake bakeries popping up all over the place – EXCEPT one of the best communities in Southern CA, Ladera Ranch!

So, after years of baking for friends and family to rave reviews, we decided to use our tried and true cupcake recipes and opened cupcake catering company in Ladera. We now serve the greater south Orange County area.

We are a catering only company (all products are made in an Orange County Health certified commercial kitchen) however, we look forward to the day when we are so popular among the Ladera/Coto/Mission Viejo/SJC area residents that we can open a retail store to sell our delicious cakes.

Each order is custom made from scratch and all ingredients are carefully chosen and used with the greatest of care; pungent Madagascar vanilla, eggs from free range chickens, sweet creamery butter from organic farms and fresh organic fruits and vegetables.

The chocolate used in the cake, frosting and ganache is made from the finest imported Belgium chocolate from chocolatier, Callebaut, who has been has been producing cocoa and chocolate products for more than 150 years and are the world’s leading manufacturer of high-quality cocoa and chocolate products.

We NEVER, EVER use shortening or preservatives in our cakes – YUK! Thus, it is recommended that each cake is consumed within a day of delivery and cake should be kept below 70 degrees so frosting remains in tact.

Lastly, we are a proud member of the Ladera Ranch Chamber of Commerce and support a variety of non-profit organizations in Orange County and our local community.
